Andrew and I are finishing Firefly tonight. So far, pretty cool. I have to hand it to you all, you found a pretty good series there. It's funny how television itself can make me hate the networks even more.

With sadness, I must report that Michael Sheard, a beloved ConVergence guest and wonderful actor, passed away today at the age of 65. He will be greatly missed.

I'm sure you've noticed I have a few more Vampire Blog entires than usual. I found a better news source than the ones I've been using, so I'm pretty happy about that. I knew the bone was there, all I had to do was dig up the backyard a little more.

Okay, this isn't exactly news, but I'm telling you anyway. When I was in Minnesota last week, I saw this at the mall: A Vampire Hunter board game!! I think VHU should all play it together sometime.

Han Shot First!! Okay, we all know that now. But what of his blaster? Okay, I'll cut to the chase. I got an email from Entertainment Earth. You too can buy Han Solo's Blaster Replica and shoot first yourself.

Sideshow Toys announced their next Buffy figure: Drusilla. As creepy as she is, she made a great vampire. You can only preview her now, but ordering will start soon.

The Minnesota Daily wrote an article on ConVergence a few days ago, and I only just heard about it today. Or yesterday. Anyway, check it out! Con got coverage!! It might be mostly due to Dr. Jim Kakalios's appearance, but that's okay. :-)

Marv Wolfman had a great time at Con, and said so on his website. We know we're a great bunch of people, but it's nice to see it in print every now and again. You have to scroll down a bit, but it shouldn't be hard to find.
