Adventures At Con will be
updated every Monday.
Give or take a day. Seriously, we'll do our
very best to put up a new comic on time, but sometimes, you know,
there's that whole fighting-off-aliens-who-try-to-probe-us thing.
That, and we have jobs. We don't want to get fired. Or probed.
Happy New Year! 'Tis been so long since we
updated, it feels like the new year is a good time to start
again. Sorry about the long absence, but I had work stuff to
deal with back in September and the holiday season has since
kept both Danielle and I quite busy. You see, as happens so oft
this time of year, the holiday season was menaced by dark forces
that threatened to plunge the world into a dank, poorly lit pit
of bahhumbuggery. Santa was missing (again), the reindeer were
so upset they had to be sedated, the elves were freakin' out
from a deadly neurotoxin released into the facility, Frosty the
Snowman had been brainwashed into Frosty the Manchurian
Candidate Remote Controlled Assassin, Jack Frost was nipping far
more than noses, Tiny Tim stole a car, George Bailey had a gun,
Boxing Day had been cancelled due to rain, the GPS-enabled Baby
Jesus was missing from the nativity scene, the Winter Solstice
was on backwards, the Yule Log had been replaced by ninjas with
a malfunctioning Wii-mote consisting entirely of some kind of
spiced ham, and the tree was on fire (again). Fortunately,
Danielle and I were available. Long story short: we saved
Christmas. You're welcome. Frosty's "therapy" is coming along
quite nicely, by the way, and the Wii-mote was delicious. Too
bad about Blitzen's antlers, though.
So anyway, we're aiming to get back on
track with the AaC release schedule in the next two weeks. The
saga shall continue, and we thank our readers for their
patience. As always, feedback and encouragement are always
welcome at our address below. :-D

Happy New Year, all! As Larry said, we had
a bit of an unexpected hiatus, but we will be back in all our
glory in a couple weeks. And hopefully, no emergencies will keep
us from our comic tasks. It won't be long before now, which is
technically after now, to include the present, and as such, it
will be a short trip to the future. So, we will be back in the
future, not to the future, avoiding all Michael J. Fox replicas
in the process.
We'd like to put your comments on here!
